1. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
- All the works are handmade, all orders must be signed for in person upon receipt.;
- If any of the situations below occur, please keep relevant evidence and contact us immediately:
– The item arrives damaged
– You received an incorrect item
How to Request a Return / Exchange
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at pyrographys@gmail.com, including your order number and photos showing the issue/defect.
- Pack the item in its original packaging, attach the return label if provided.
- Ship the return package to the address provided by customer service.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is due to Pyrographys error.
- We cannot start processing your return & exchange until we receive the returned item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Payment processing fees charged by the payment platform will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank (refund processing may take time).
- If still not received, email us at pyrographys@gmail.com.
Lost Packages
- Pyrographys is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
