How can I make changes after placing an order?
If you need to make changes to your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please contact us at service@pyrographys.com. Alternatively, you can send us a clear and detailed message via Facebook or WhatsApp including your name, phone number, and order number if available.
How can I confirm if my order has been completed?
You will receive an automated confirmation email containing your order details once your payment for the order is completed.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email after successfully placing an order?
In normal circumstances, if you don't receive a confirmation email after successfully placing an order, it could be due to an incorrect email address or your email being blocked by spam filters. Please check your spam/junk mailbox or adjust your spam filters accordingly. Additionally, consider providing an alternative email address to ensure the successful receipt of all our emails.
Will I be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or any additional fees?
You will not incur any consumption tax from Pyrographys. However, you may be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or taxes yourself.
How do I change the currency?
In our menu, you will find a currency widget that allows you to switch between different currencies, such as USD, AUD, GBP, CAD, EUR, MXN, NZD, PHP, and SGD.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal, major credit cards, Afterpay, Clearpay, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How is my payment information secured?
We prioritize security and don't directly handle your payment information. Pyrographys uses widely trusted payment methods globally, ensuring safety. When you input personal and credit card details, transactions occur on a secure server with encryption to safeguard your information.
Is my personal information kept private?
We are fully committed to safeguarding your privacy. Information about our customers or visitors will not be shared with third parties, except when necessary for providing a service (e.g., shipping a product), conducting credit/security checks, customer research, profiling, or with your explicit consent. What is the material of your Pyrography Art?
The materials used in pyrography mainly include leather, paper, wood, and bamboo.
Who made these pyrography artworks?
These pyrography works were mainly completed by Chinese art masters, with others created by their disciples and other pyrography enthusiasts.
How long does it take to make these pyrography artworks?
Depending on the size and complexity of the image, a small pyrography piece may take one or two days to complete, while a large one may take two to three months.
How to customize a pyrography artwork?
We have a dedicated customization link where you can choose your favorite frame, upload the design you want to customize, and then add it to your cart.
Can I see the production process of my custom-made product?
Yes, we will use time-lapse photography to film the creation process of your custom item. If the creation cycle for your order is longer than 3 days, we will send a video recording to your email every 3 days.
Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Are worldwide shipping services available?
For your convenience, we are pleased to offer worldwide shipping of our products. For additional details, please refer to the Shipping & Delivery.section.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Your total delivery time includes Processing Time and Shipping Time.

All original artworks will be shipped within 3 days. The creation time for commissioned artworks depends on the size of the canvas and the complexity of the composition. The entire creation process is recorded on video, and a progress video will be sent to you via email every three days.

What should I do if I am unable to receive my parcel?
You can email our customer service directly with your tracking number for assistance.(service@pyrographys.com)
If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund if it is a unique item, and we will remake it if it is a custom-made item. However, if the items were lost due to incorrect address information provided by you, you will be responsible for the loss.
What should I do if I don't like the order after receiving it?
Pyrographys products are made-by-hand; returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
    • The item is damaged,
    • The wrong item was sent
What if the order arrives damaged?
  1. Because all the works are handmade, all orders must be signed for in person upon receipt.
  2. If you find the package damaged. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at service@pyrographys.com, including your order number and photos showing the issue/defect.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging, and attach the return label if provided.
  4. Ship the return package to the address provided by customer service.
    • You are responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is due to Pyrographys error.
  5. We cannot start processing your exchange until we receive the returned item.
